Valentum Partners has acted as advisor to me&i in the sale of a majority holding in the company. Volati now owns 60 percent of me&i, while the previous owners retain 40 percent ownership. Moll Wénden acted as legal advisors to me&i, lead by partner Mikael Karlsson.

me&i is a company which designs and offers high quality clothing for children and their parents, distributed by home sales by over 800 sales people.  Since its inception about nine years ago, the company has grown into a business which turns over SEK200 million, with operation in Sweden, Finland, Norway and the United Kingdom.

”The interest in me&i has been great; me&i is a fantastic company which has, over a relatively short period of time, established itself as a leading actor in the Nordic market for home sale of clothing”, says Joakim Tengzelius, responsible partner at Valentum Partners.

This transaction has been noted in today’s print edition of Swedish newspaper Dagens Industri.
